Important Disclaimer re type of test

Our fit to fly rapid antigen tests are NOT PCR TESTS. If you need a PCR test you must book yourself into the location that provides PCR tests. The tests available at each location are detailed below. It is strictly your responsibility to ensure you are having the test your particular travel provider requires. 15minutecovidtest.co.uk and any of the third party locations below accept no liability if your travel provider does not accept the type of test you have booked. Please check with them first.

Rapid antigen tests provide results in under 15 minutes. PCR tests require a lab and take 48 hours to turn around excluding bank holidays and Sundays. Cut off is 4pm daily for the 48 hour result. Please see our Available Tests page for more information.

Refunds Policy

Please note that all franchise locations operate a strict zero refund policy for unattended or cancelled appointments. The only exception to this is if the cancellation has been caused by government policy such as lockdowns or the prohibition of moving between tiers for example.  If a cancellation is caused by government policy, patrons will be able to reschedule their appointment for a future date or receive a refund.
